Current status
The field list is not open and this site is not currently collecting addresses. The practices below describe the bounded process that must be ready before collection begins.
What will be collected
The field-list form will require an email address. A first name and general-interest category will be optional. It will also record explicit consent to receive email. The form will not request payment information, medical information, ability assessments, preferred dates, waiver data, or detailed trip plans.
Why it will be collected
Jason Weber will operate the list for Wayfarer Canyon Co. The information will be used to send occasional company-development notes and announce what Wayfarer is authorized and prepared to offer. Signup will not be a reservation and will not create a guide-client relationship.
How it will be processed
Cloudflare will provide bot verification, hosting, and email delivery infrastructure and therefore process the submission. The signup will be delivered to the company’s private field-list inbox. Wayfarer will not sell the information or use it for behavioral advertising.
Retention and unsubscribing
Field-list information will be kept while the prelaunch list remains active or until removal is requested. Every message will provide a practical way to unsubscribe; replying with an unsubscribe request will be sufficient.
Site measurement
This version does not install third-party advertising trackers or build visitor profiles. If aggregate analytics are added later, this policy will be updated before that change is treated as established practice.
Questions
Privacy questions can be sent by replying to a Wayfarer field-list message after the list opens. A direct public contact address will be added when company communications are fully configured.
