What is collected
The field-list form requires an email address. A first name and general-interest category are optional. It also records your explicit consent to receive email. The form does not request payment information, medical information, ability assessments, preferred dates, waiver data, or detailed trip plans.
Why it is collected
Jason Weber operates the list for Wayfarer Canyon Co. The information is used to send occasional company-development notes and announce what Wayfarer is authorized and prepared to offer. Signup is not a reservation and does not create a guide-client relationship.
How it is processed
Cloudflare provides bot verification, hosting, and email delivery infrastructure and therefore processes the submission. The signup is delivered to the company’s private field-list inbox. Wayfarer does not sell the information or use it for behavioral advertising.
Retention and unsubscribing
Field-list information is kept while the prelaunch list remains active or until you ask to be removed. Every message will provide a practical way to unsubscribe; replying with an unsubscribe request is sufficient.
Site measurement
This version does not install third-party advertising trackers or build visitor profiles. If aggregate analytics are added later, this policy will be updated before that change is treated as established practice.
Questions
Privacy questions can be sent by replying to a Wayfarer field-list message. A direct public contact address will be added when company communications are fully configured.
