Current design practices
- Semantic landmarks and one primary heading per page.
- A keyboard-visible skip link and focus states.
- An accessible mobile menu with Escape-key handling.
- Text alternatives for meaningful photographs and empty alternatives for decorative graphics.
- Status labels written in text rather than communicated by color alone.
- Readable text sizing, contrast, and linear mobile reading order.
- Reduced-motion behavior when the operating system requests it.
- Form labels, required-field cues, associated errors, and a plain-language consent statement.
Known limits
The final logo, field-list infrastructure, and future service content are still in development. New features will be reviewed before they are presented as part of the public operating offer. Automated tools are useful but do not replace keyboard, screen-size, and human review.
